Shoes or sandals are accessories that can not be released in daily life. But it could not hurt to let go of the accessories, because there are health benefits that come from walking with bare feet.

Commonly used shoes and sandals can continually affect the shape of a human or cause injury. Therefore, try to occasionally walk by using a bare foot.

In ancient philosophy known that the amount of life force energy (chi) that is absorbed by the body will be more if walking barefoot. Are not aware of this condition will increase the vitality, the bodys ability to do a lot of work, healthy respiratory system and think clearly.

Here are some benefits or health benefits that can be done by walking barefoot, as quoted from Lifemojo, Saturday (13/8/2011), namely:

1. In the summer, walk barefoot can be a cooling effect to the body if dilakuakn on the green grass in the morning.

2. Walking barefoot can enhance the function of circulation because ootot activate the muscles in the foot that will help pump blood back to the heart.

3. Prevent pooling of blood in the legs, reducing stress on the cardiovascular system as a whole and reduce blood pressure as well as problems in the veins.

4. Walking barefoot gives a relaxing effect on tired legs.

5. Help straighten toes, preventing deformation foot (deformity), to prevent problems in the feet flat and increase flexor strength.

6. Provides an opportunity to establish direct contact with nature eliminating the tension of mind caused by everyday stress, the body relaxes, rejuvenates the mind and improve the bodys energy.

Despite having many health benefits, but people should do these activities closely and carefully in order to stay safe and do not cause problems or injury.

There are several tips that can be done if you want to walk barefoot safely namely:

1. Always be aware of the roads that will be passed

2. Avoid roads are potentially dangerous as many branching tree, there is broken glass, nails or there is a risk of industrial waste.

3. When I got home, then immediately wash the feet with soap and water to clean the feet of dirt and ensure that no insects were still stuck to the skin.
