Acne rosacea treatment
Acne occurs mainly in adults, but three times as often as women. Although it is a chronic condition can affect people with other types of genetic, it is more common in Caucasian populations of North-European ethnic origin and was nicknamed the "Curse of the Celts.  Age of onset is often between the ages of 30 and 60.The severity of acne rosacea may differ from generalized redness (erythema), papules, pustules, and dilation of blood vessels.  Thickening and swelling of the skin can also occur.Nose, cheeks, Chin and forehead are the most affected areas, but the scalp, chest, neck, and ears may also be involved.  This is considered a harmless cosmetic condition if the affected eye, although this does not take into account the emotional stress can cause.

Rosacea is often classified as one of four different types, each with a specific set of symptoms:

erythematotelangiectatic rosacea) 1 shows redness, flushing, burning, itching, and visible blood vessels;
2) papulopustular rosacea is characterized by redness and pus-filled bumps for a day or two;
3) phymatous rosacea is more severe, with symptoms such as swelling of the nose, thickened rough skin and visible blood vessels;
4) ocular rosacea causes redness, dryness, burning, itching and irritation of the eyes.

Patients may experience symptoms characteristic of more than one subtype, or progress from mild to serious manifestations of symptoms in one category. No one seems sure just what causes acne rosacea, but various factors have been identified, "trigger", including stress, alcohol, specific foodstuffs, medical conditions, medications, heat and Sun.  It should be noted that the symptoms can be treated, but the State does not "cure"; Remission is achieved by identifying and avoiding your triggers and develops customized care procedure, which may include prescription medications.

Skin care products should be carefully chosen, because ingredients such as alcohol, Witch Hazel, eucalyptus/menthol, clove oil or fragrance can irritate and cause flare-ups of rosacea.  Gentle cleansing routine is recommended with soft sponges, pads, or scouring pads, avoiding the grainy or abrasive soap and lotion.Oral and topical treatments are available for entrance control and constant prevention, including oral medication specifically developed for acne rosacea, are designed to reduce the risk of resistance of microorganisms with prolonged use.

Other treatments are available to reduce the visible effects of the condition, including laser and pulsed light.  Vascular lasers can remove redness, visible veins and the accumulation of excess tissue through several procedures.  In more severe cases, CO2 laser can be used to remove tissue and change the nose.  For best results, it is very important to choose a recommended, competent practitioner.  Oral antibiotics can be used to combat the ocular rosacea, often in combination with other kinds of treatment.
